  • 1 cup frozen whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the powdered sugar and the thawed whipped topping until fully combined and smooth.
  3. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Pour the melted chocolate over the whipped topping mixture and spread it into an even layer.
