Make this easy Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna for a comforting, cheesy dinner with minimal effort. Layer frozen ravioli, meat sauce, and cheese, and let your slow cooker create a family-friendly meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (24 ounce) package frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 pound ground beef or Italian sausage
  • 1 (24 ounce) jar marinara sauce
  • 1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef or sausage in a skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess fat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. Lightly coat the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker with a thin layer of marinara sauce.
  4. Arrange half of the frozen ravioli in a single layer over the sauce.
  5. Spread half of the ricotta mixture evenly over the ravioli layer.
  6. Spoon half of the remaining marinara sauce over the ricotta.
  7. Sprinkle with half of the mozzarella cheese and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  8. Repeat the layers: remaining ravioli, remaining ricotta mixture, remaining marinara sauce, remaining mozzarella, and remaining Parmesan cheese.
  9. Cover the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours, or on HIGH for 1.5 to 2 hours, until the ravioli is tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving directly from the slow cooker.

Notes

  • You can use a meatless marinara sauce if you prefer a vegetarian option.
  • For an extra rich flavor, substitute half of the marinara sauce with Alfredo sauce.
  • If the edges seem too dry after cooking, add a splash of water or broth around the sides before serving.
