Prepare this creamy, briny Dirty Martini Dip quickly. It captures the bold flavor of the classic cocktail using blue cheese and olive brine, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped green olives (pitted)
  • 1/2 cup olive brine
  • 2 ounces gin or vodka (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Extra diced olives and olive oil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the softened cream cheese, half of the blue cheese crumbles, sour cream, chopped olives, olive brine, optional gin or vodka, and garlic powder into a mixing bowl.
  2. Beat the ingredients with an electric mixer until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Season the dip with salt and pepper to your preference.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
  5. Top the dip with the remaining blue cheese crumbles and a sprinkle of diced olives. Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
  6. Chill the dip for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
