Make this simple, sparkling Strawberry Champagne Punch for your next celebration. It is a refreshing, crowd-pleasing beverage perfect for holidays, brunch, or showers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle chilled Champagne or sparkling wine
  • 1 cup strawberry puree (from fresh or frozen strawberries)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice, chilled
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup lemon-lime soda, chilled
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced for garnish
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries or cranberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberry puree by blending fresh or thawed frozen strawberries until smooth. Strain if you prefer a seedless texture.
  2. In a large punch bowl, combine the chilled Champagne, strawberry puree, orange juice, and simple syrup. Stir gently to mix the base liquids.
  3. Just before serving, slowly pour in the chilled lemon-lime soda. Stir very carefully to maintain the carbonation.
  4. Add the sliced fresh strawberries and raspberries or cranberries to the punch bowl for visual appeal and flavor.
  5. Serve immediately in glasses with ice, if desired.

Notes

  • For a make-ahead option, mix the puree, orange juice, and simple syrup up to 24 hours in advance. Keep this base refrigerated. Add the Champagne and soda just before guests arrive.
  • If you want a non-alcoholic version, substitute the Champagne with sparkling white grape juice or non-alcoholic sparkling cider.
  • To keep the punch cold without diluting the flavor, use a large block of ice or freeze some of the fruit garnish in a bundt pan with water to create an ice ring.
