  • 1/2 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Pepperoni slices (optional)
  • Your favorite toppings (e.g., sliced mushrooms, bell peppers, cooked sausage)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the split English muffins, cut-side up, on a baking sheet or directly in the air fryer basket.
  3. Toast the muffins lightly for 2-3 minutes until slightly crisp. This prevents sogginess.
  4. Spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce evenly over the cut surface of each muffin half.
  5. Top each muffin half with mozzarella cheese and your chosen toppings. This is your customizable pizza hack.
  6. For the Oven: Bake for 5 to 8 minutes, or until the cheese melts and bubbles.
  7. For the Air Fryer: Cook for 4 to 6 minutes, checking frequently, until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown.
