Make this vibrant, non-alcoholic Firecracker Punch for your next gathering. It is a fizzy, crowd-pleaser drink perfect for holidays or summer events.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 cups cranberry juice cocktail
  • 3 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 cups lemon-lime soda, chilled
  • 1 cup ginger ale, chilled
  • 1/2 cup grenadine syrup
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced
  • Ice ring or cubes

Instructions

  1. In a large punch bowl, combine the cranberry juice cocktail, pineapple juice, and grenadine syrup. Stir well to mix the base liquids.
  2. Just before serving, slowly pour in the chilled lemon-lime soda and ginger ale. Stir gently to keep the carbonation.
  3. Add the sliced orange and lime to the punch bowl.
  4. Place a large ice ring or several cups of ice into the punch to keep it cold.
  5. Serve immediately in glasses. This is a great make ahead punch base, but add the fizzy components right before guests arrive.

Notes

  • For an alcoholic version, add 2 cups of white rum or vodka to the base mixture before adding the soda.
  • To make a festive ice ring, freeze water with a few slices of citrus fruit inside a bundt pan overnight.
  • This recipe scales well for large batches, making it a signature event drink.
