- 1.5 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter (optional)
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
