Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini pretzels
  • 1/2 cup salted peanuts

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the peanut butter and white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Gently stir the mini pretzels and salted peanuts into the melted peanut butter and chocolate mixture until everything is coated.
  4. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  5. Refrigerate the bark for 2 to 3 hours, or until it is completely firm.
  6. Break the set bark into pieces of your desired size.

Notes

  • You can use chunky peanut butter if you prefer more texture in the base.
  • For a richer flavor, substitute dark chocolate chips for the white chocolate chips.
  • Store the finished bark in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
