Make this easy, no-bake strawberry cheesecake dip in under 10 minutes. It is creamy, fluffy, and tastes like classic cheesecake filling swirled with sweet strawberries. Serve this crowd-pleasing party dip with graham crackers, pretzels, or fresh fruit.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam or puree
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, chopped (for topping)
  • Graham crackers, pretzels, or fruit (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Place the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar into a large mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and mix briefly to combine.
  3. In a separate, clean bowl, whip the cold heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just combined, creating a fluffy base. Do not overmix.
  5. Gently fold in the strawberry jam or puree, creating swirls of pink throughout the dip. Do not fully incorporate the jam.
  6. Transfer the strawberry cheesecake dip to a serving bowl. Top with chopped fresh strawberries.
  7. Chill the dip for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow it to set slightly.
  8. Serve your easy dessert dip with graham crackers, pretzels, or fresh fruit for dipping.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, substitute half of the heavy whipping cream with plain Greek yogurt.
  • If you do not have fresh strawberries, you can use strawberry preserves or a strawberry topping.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
